Orenburg Charity Foundation "EURASIA" is a non-commercial organization established in December 2000 by a group of people sharing same values and ideas: former chiefs of the Department of international relations, the PR-Department and the Press-Service of the City Administration under the auspices of Guennady Donkovtsev, who was Mayor of Orenburg in 1985-2000.

Orenburg Charity Foundation "EURASIA" is:

- working out and implementing projects for preserving the cultural heritage of Orenburg Region;

- assisting in establishing international contacts of humanitarian character to enlarge the cultural potential of the region and creating positive image of the Land of Orenburg in Russia and abroad;

- assisting in collecting book funds for libraries of the City of Orenburg and the Orenburg region, universities, schools and culture centers.
